2024 LARP Event Dates
The following are the dates for 3-DAy LARP Events hosted by Xadune:
January 19th to 21st at Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park
March 15th to 17th at Camp Stephens
April 12th to 14th at Camp Daniel Morgan
May 17th to 19th at Camp Daniel Morgan
July 5th to 7th at Camp Daniel Morgan
August 16th to 18th at Camp Rutledge
October 4th to 6th at Camp Daniel Morgan
November 8th to 10th at Camp Stephens
December 13th to 15th at Indian Springs State Park
All events are guaranteed to occur, rain or shine.
Annual Pass
Annual Passes can be purchased online or on site. If you would like to purchase on site, please send a message to Xadune Staff to reserve your pass prior to the event. These go quickly, so don’t hesitate!
The 2024 Xadune Annual Pass grants:
- Guaranteed Admission to all (9) 2023 Xadune Live Action Role Play (LARP) Events
- Parking for one vehicle
- 10XP immediately added to a character of your choice
- Increased Donation XP cap to 4 from 3
- Increased RP XP cap to 4 from 3
- Access to the Annual Pass Holder Discord Channel
- In-Play Subscription to the Xadune Herald Tribune
- 30units, (3) +10 Body Tonics, (1) +5 Bandages each event attended
- One Time Use Trainer (In-Play units paid for) for any Skill of Rarity: Common

Change of COVID-19 Regulations
Starting January of 2024, we will no longer be requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend Xadune events.
It is coming up on 4 years since the pandemic began, and so much has changed during that time. A lot of factors went into this decision, including reviewing CDC guidelines. Ultimately we decided on this course due to COVID-19 being endemic to the world at large and because Vaccination Cards are no longer being regularly updated with COVID boosters or sometimes handed out at all.
However, we strongly recommend getting vaccinated against COVID-19 and Flu. The LARP community has always been wonderful about looking out for each other’s health, and this has been no exception. The Vaccine Promotion will continue through February, in which proof of COVID Booster and Flu Shot since July of 2023 will gain you an additional 1XP added to your character card.
We also urge everyone to monitor themselves prior to the event and if presenting with any symptoms of COVID-19 or a positive COVID-19 test, please do not come to the event. Staff is happy to work with you on moving an event ticket in the case of COVID-19.
Volunteer Shift Changes
Currently, all players are required to complete 3 hours of volunteering, which can be split into two shifts. However, going forward, shifts will be 3 consecutive hours, rather than split into two 1.5 hour shifts.
Previously, we had wanted to give more agency for a person to not be out-of-play for an extended period of time. However, this has consistently caused confusion and issues when signing up for shifts, and so, we are moving to 3-hour shifts. Volunteer Shifts are integral for any LARP to run, and Xadune is no exception.
Additionally, for 2024, we will be re-instating the Volunteer Shift Book. Rather than finding a marshal to sign your card for a Monster or Tavern Shift, you will be required to sign into the Volunteer Shift Book with your time of arrival. When you have completed your shift, you will need to both sign out in the Book, and find the Marshal you worked under to sign you out.

A. H. Stephens State Park, Camp Stephens in Crawfordville, Georgia. This represents Eastern Ward 5.
Hard Labor Creek State Park, Camp Daniel Morgan in Rutledge, Georgia. This represents Temple Row.
Hard Labor Creek State Park, Camp Rutledge in Rutledge, Georgia. This represents Upper Ward 5.
Indian Springs State Park, Camp MacIntosh in Flovilla, Georgia. This represents Lower Ward 5.
