Volunteer Weekend at Hard Labor Creek State Park
Want to give back to Hard Labor Creek State Park, a Park that hosts numerous Georgia LARP events?
Friends of Hard Labor Creek State Park and Xadune are hosting a Work Weekend to help clean up Camp Rutledge in Hard Labor Creek State Park.
Some items on the “To-Do List” are:
– Painting exterior buildings
– Repair/replacing siding on buildings
– Deep cleaning sleeping cabins including painting and reorganizing furniture.
– General trail maintenance on the paths between camp areas (limb trimming, litter pick-up, etc.)
– Repairing/replacing screens
This is open to EVERYONE! Let us know if you can come out and help repair a site that has been a home to the Georgia LARP community for decades.
