December 2021 LARP Event
Last event of the 2021 Calendar Year! Just a few notes:
– If you have reserved an Annual Pass for 2022, please pay for it at Check-In.
– Add money to your Tavern Tab here: https://xadune.com/product/tavern-tab/. Tavern Tabs can be seen on your character card.
– Volunteer Shift Sign-Ups are below! IF YOU SIGN UP FOR OVERLAPPING SHIFTS, BOTH SHIFTS WILL BE REMOVED. You will not be allowed to ‘just monster longer’. The shifts are there because that’s when we need volunteers.
– People who expect to be Orange Headbanded are given priority to Tavern Shifts, as it is a non-combat shift.
Indian Springs State Park
Don’t forget – we are at Indian Springs State Park this event, which WILL try to trick you. You do not need to go into the main State Park, but instead turn at Big Chiefs (at the yellow flashing light) and follow the road until you see the gate.

Volunteer Sign Up Policies
Remember you cannot sign-up multiple people in one slot and please read the times – do not presume the are consecutive; many time slots overlap with each other. If you sign up for time slots which overlap, one of them will be removed, and you may not get your choice of a follow-up time.
Please only choose a Tavern shift if you are unable to participate in combat (i.e., orange headbanded or close to it). If you have not communicated this need to us and sign up for a tavern shift, you will be removed from the slot and you may not get your choice in time.
As we have with previous events this year, we would like to keep as safe as possible considering the world state. Please take your time to wipe down your weapons after combat. Remember to balance role-play with respecting people’s personal space, with trying to stay warm.
